Additional Images from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the photographs.

Additionally featured in this latest image disclosure is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had created ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the bottom right.

The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and contains a notes section detailing different areas of the property.

In addition to the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring designs for dock shelters.

Additional materials released as part of the ongoing investigative process.
